Apabila anda membeli, kami memberi anda lesen peribadi, tidak eksklusif dan tidak boleh dipindah untuk menggunakan produk tersebut.
Setiap salinan mengandungi nama, nombor WhatsApp dan nombor siri pembeli. Salinan yang bocor boleh dikenal pasti, dan kami berhak mengambil tindakan undang-undang.
Produk kami adalah produk digital yang boleh diakses serta-merta selepas pembelian. Oleh itu:

Permohonan pemulangan mesti dibuat dalam 7 hari dari tarikh pembelian melalui WhatsApp kami, dengan bukti pembayaran.
Kod prompt kami adalah ALAT, bukan jaminan hasil. Hasil video bergantung pada produk anda, gambar rujukan, model AI yang digunakan (contoh: Google Flow) dan cara anda menggunakannya. Kami tidak menjamin jumlah tontonan, jualan, atau kejayaan pemasaran.
Kami boleh mengemas kini terma ini pada bila-bila masa. Versi terkini akan sentiasa dipaparkan di halaman ini dengan tarikh kemas kini.
Terma ini dikawal oleh undang-undang Malaysia. Sebarang pertikaian akan diselesaikan di mahkamah Malaysia.

These terms govern your use of the website and products of AHASH RESOURCES ("we", "us") — including KOD FLOW MALAYSIA, Prompt Studio, and AI MASTERCLASS MALAYSIA. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms.
On purchase we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product.
You MAY: use the prompt codes to create videos for yourself or your own business, use the resulting videos commercially, and keep a personal copy.
You MAY NOT: resell, distribute or share the PDF/codes with others; upload our files to any website, WhatsApp/Telegram group or file-sharing platform; claim the work as your own or remove our licence marks; resell Prompt Studio access.
Every copy contains the buyer's name, WhatsApp number and serial number. Leaked copies can be traced and we reserve the right to take legal action.
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Payments are processed by CHIP (FPX, card, e-wallet, DuitNow QR). This is a one-time payment — there is no recurring charge or subscription. We do not store your bank card details. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect completed purchases.
After payment is confirmed, your access key and/or download links are sent to your email address within 1–2 minutes. If you do not receive the email, check your SPAM / Promotions folder first. If it still hasn't arrived within 24 hours, contact us on WhatsApp.
Our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase. Therefore refunds are not provided for digital products that have been delivered and downloaded, except in these cases:

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase via our WhatsApp, with proof of payment.
Each package has its own prompt quota (70 / 180 / 350 / 600). Quota is deducted when you copy a prompt — not when generating. Quota cannot be transferred between accounts or people, and has no expiry date. We may close accounts detected abusing the system.
Our prompt codes are a TOOL, not a guarantee of results. Video outcomes depend on your product, reference images, the AI model used (e.g. Google Flow) and how you use it. We do not guarantee views, sales, or marketing success.
We are not affiliated with Google, Flow, Meta, or any third-party platform. We are not responsible if a third-party platform changes their policies, quotas, or discontinues their service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
Technical support via WhatsApp: +60 19-508 8553, Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm (Malaysian time). Support covers product usage assistance. We do not provide a video-production service for you.
We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be shown on this page with its update date.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the Malaysian courts.
